GLUCKSTADT, Miss. (WJTV) – U.S. Immigration and Customers Enforcement (ICE) announced agents arrested 11 Iranians who were in the country illegally, including one in Mississippi.
According to investigators, ICE officers and agents arrested Yousef Mehridehno on June 22 in Gluckstadt.
The agency said Mehridehno’s residency was terminated by the U.S. government in October 2017 after they determined he lied on his original visa application and committed potential marriage fraud.

In February 2025, ICE officials said Mehridehno was listed as a known or suspected terrorist. He’s now in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
