JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Attorney General Lynn Fitch (R-Miss.) announced that her office will partner with national anti-trafficking nonprofit Safe House Project to launch Simply Report. This will be a new way to report suspected human trafficking in Mississippi.

“Everyday Mississippians can be extraordinary heroes for a victim of trafficking; they just need to know what to look for and how to report what they see,” said Attorney General Lynn Fitch. “I am excited to partner with Safe House Project to bring Simply Report to Mississippi. It gives Mississippi citizens an easy tool to report human trafficking directly to the investigative team in my office.”

According to the Attorney General’s Office, the Simply Report app provides a streamlined tool for users to recognize and report indicators of trafficking directly to the appropriate authorities.

Through a grant from Attorney General Alliance, Fitch’s investigators will have access to a specialized law enforcement platform where they can view Mississippi tips and analyze them through an AI-powered behavioral matrix.

The app is free to download on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
