JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Bond has been revoked for a former Jackson police officer, who was charged in connection to a domestic violence case.
Jagguar Winder was arrested in March 2025 after a multi-vehicle crash occurred on Buena Vista Avenue at Robinson Road. Police said Winder hit a woman’s vehicle with his personal vehicle before leaving the scene. According to Jackson Police Chief Joseph Wade, Winder and the woman knew each other. He was off-duty at the time of the crash.
Winder initially received a $1 million bond. According to court documents, Winder was bound over on June 18 to await the action of a Hinds County Grandy Jury on the charges of aggravated domestic violence and aggravated assault on a secured bond in the amount of $150,000. He was prohibited from being in possession of a firearm, required to submit to GPS monitoring and prohibited from having contact with the alleged victim.
The court documents stated that on or about June 25, the alleged victim filed an affidavit in Municipal Court, alleging that Winder was in violation of his No Contact Order.

During a status hearing on July 7, the Hinds County Court determined that Winder had violated the court’s June 18 order. The court revoked Winder’s bond, and he is being held in the Hinds County Detention Center.
