18-year-old charged in Ridgewood Road homicide

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – An 18-year-old was arrested in connection to a homicide that occurred on Ridgewood Road in Jackson.

Detective Tommie Brown, with the Jackson Police Department (JPD), said Camerious Huff was charged with the murder of Reginald Brown.

Huff appeared in court on September 2, 2025, and was denied bond.

The shooting occurred in the 5800 block of Ridgewood Road on August 31, 2025. According to Brown, more arrests are expected in the case.
