GAUTIER, Miss. (WJTV) – Police are searching for a suspect in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred during the Gautier High School Alumni Homecoming Event.

The shooting happened on Dolphin Drive near the roundabout around 10:00 p.m. on September 19, 2025.

According to police, three people were injured during the shooting. Two victims were transported to a local hospital by Gautier police, and the third victim was transported by a Pascagoula-Gautier School District Police Department vehicle.

Police said one of the victims, a 22-year-old from Gautier, died.
