JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A 19-year-old pled guilty for his role with three other individuals in an armed carjacking and robbery that occurred in Jackson.

Hinds County District Attorney Jody Owens said Jacquez Johnson pled guilty to armed carjacking.

The incident occurred on December 28, 2022. According to Owens, the victim was unloading trash from his gray 2022 Honda Ridgeline outside of his home on Gillespie Street when two suspects entered his driveway.
