Man arrested in Clinton after police seize drugs, guns, and cash

CLINTON, Miss. (WJTV) – Clinton police arrested a man after multiple drugs, firearms and cash were seized during a bust.

On October 23, 2025, police said they received a narcotics complaint indicating possible drug trafficking activity. The investigation led officers to a home on Caribbean Cove in the Cascades neighborhood.

Police executed a search warrant, which resulted in the arrest of Izmir Robinson, 44. He was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, distribution of narcotics, and possession of a controlled substance (Schedule I) with a firearm enhancement.

According to investigators, officers seized marijuana, THC wax, mushrooms, hashish, ecstasy, and narcotics paraphernalia. Officers also seized several firearms, cash, and items consistent with packaging and distribution operations.
