Building systems issue displaces JSU students at Alexander Hall

UPDATE: JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Officials announced Jackson State University (JSU) has resolved the issue affecting Alexander Residence Hall. The disruption was determined to be caused by storm surge and heavy winds.
