JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A former Jackson police officer was indicted by a Hinds County grand jury for aggravated stalking. According to police, Jagguar Winder was arrested in March 2025 after a multi-vehicle crash occurred on Buena Vista Avenue at Robinson Road.
