MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Alcorn County Sherrif’s Department is searching for a man they say is responsible for shooting and killing a woman Tuesday.

A little after 5:10 a.m. deputies responded to an apartment complex in Rienzi, MS. Officials found a female dead from gunshot wounds.

During the investigation, Demario Mcgaha of Corinth was developed as a suspect.

Mcgaha reportedly left the scene in a white Mercury Grand Marquis with large rims. He is considered armed and dangerous.
