MADISON COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – A motorcyclist from Brandon was killed during a crash in Madison County.

Officials with the Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP) said the crash happened just after 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 25 on Highway 22 East near Shady Grove Road.

Troopers said a 2019 Harley Davidson was traveling east on the highway when it ran off the road and collided with a ditch. The motorcyclist, who was identified as 62-yearold Mark Taylor, died at the scene.

This crash remains under investigation by MHP.
