JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A 23-year-old man was arrested in connection to a fatal shooting in Jackson.

The shooting happened in the 2500 block of Oak Grove Lane on Thursday, March 14.

Detective Tommie Brown said the victim was shot at the location and pronounced deceased. The victim has not been identified.

Brown said 23-year-old Tamaricus Dogan was arrested in connection to the case. He was charged with murder.
