UPDATE:

HINDS COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones said both missing children have been located in a wooded area near the residence. They’re both safe and have been returned to their parents.

HINDS COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Hinds County deputies are working to find two missing children.

According to Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones, an eight-year-old boy and a six-year-old girl were reported missing from the 3800 block of Lorance Drive in the Clinton/Brownsville area on Monday, April 22.

Jones said the children were both seen outside a home playing. He said more information and pictures are forthcoming.
