Four women arrested after fight in Claiborne County

CLAIBORNE COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Four women have been arrested after a fight in Claiborne County, authorities said.

The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. on May 16 in Tillman.

According to Claiborne County deputies, they were notified about a fight involving a group of women. When they arrived at the location, the deputies learned that those involved had already left the scene.

Investigators said a video on social media depicted the altercation. They said two of the women wielded weapons during the fight.

Based on the evidence in the video, deputies arrested Jayla Hedrick, Diamond Jones, Wynette Marshall and Kaybrionna Watson. The women were each charged with disturbance of public peace and simple assault (physical menace to create fear).
