RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – A pedestrian was hit and killed in Rankin County.

The incident happened on Airport Road near the Highway 468 intersection just before midnight on Saturday, May 18.

Rankin County Coroner David Ruth said the woman was carrying no identification. She is believed to be between 50 and 60-years-old.
