LAMAR COUNTY, Miss. (WHLT) – Lamar County deputies are searching for a man who posed as an Amazon delivery driver in order to steal a package.
The incident happened in the Chapel Hill subdivision on May 20.
Deputies said the man was driving a white 2018 Honda Accord. They said the man exited the vehicle with an empty box and swapped out a package that was on the doorstep of a home.
Surveillance pictures showed the man attempting to conceal the stolen package under his vest as he walked back to his vehicle.
