MCCOMB, Miss. (WJTV) – McComb police are investigating after a man was killed during an apparent ambush.

McComb Police Chief Juan Cloy said the fatal shooting happened on Elmwood Street near Pine Street around 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 8.

Cloy said the victim, 25-year-old Deadrain Lee, was shot multiple times at the location. According to the police chief, several suspects were seen apparently ambushing Lee.
