MEMPHIS, Tenn. — During the early morning hours of Friday, June 7, a ‘shooting rampage’ in Clarksdale, Mississippi left one man dead and another person injured.
Artis “Ski” Ferguson, the owner of Ski’s Wrecker Service, drove into the crosshairs of gunfire on James Washington Street.
Coahoma County Sheriff Mario Magsby Sr. called the shooting “senseless and unacceptable.”
According to witnesses, other vehicles were in the area where the shooting took place and could have possibly witnessed the incident.
Coahoma County Sheriff’s Office is asking those who live in the Friars Point area to come forward with any information that can help with this investigation.
