MADISON, Miss. (WJTV) – Madison police are investigating after multiple shots were fired into a home.

The shooting happened around 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 11 in the Northbay Subdivision. When officers arrived at the location, they found a house on Long Cove Drive that was struck several times with bullets. No injuries were reported.

Madison police said they believe this is an isolated incident with no additional threat to public safety.
