Man wanted for illegally dumping chicken by-products in Jackson

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police said they’re searching for a man who has been illegally dumping chicken by-products, oil and other substances in the city.

Detective Tommie Brown said the Jackson Police Department (JPD) Community Enhancement Unit issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Billy Deshunte Stewart, 43.

According to Brown, Stewart has illegally dumped the substances onto South McRaven Road from the hopper of his 18-wheeler. One incident occurred on June 9, 2024.
