JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a man was shot and killed at a gas station.

The shooting happened just after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20 at the Texaco on Medgar Evers Boulevard.

Detective Tommie Brown said the victim was identified as Jacobi Austin. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
