JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are searching for a 34-year-old man in connection to a fatal shooting.

Detective Tommie Brown said the shooting happened in the 1700 block of Robinson Street near Eastview Street on Monday, July 22.

The victim, Jerquarius Brown, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Brown said an arrest warrant has been issued for Kelvin Clincy. He will be charged with murder and is considered to be armed and dangerous.
