CLINTON, Miss. (WJTV) – The Clinton Public School District adjusted some of its school bus routes due to bridge repairs.

According to officials, repairs have been scheduled for the Pinehaven bridge north of Williamson Road.

Buses that usually travel over the bridge will now use Clinton-Tinnon or Cynthia Road. School officials said students riding these routes may experience a slight adjustment in the timelines of their respective routes. 

This change will go into effect beginning Monday, August 5, 2024. 

This necessary adjustment will affect the following routes:

• Elementary Routes 25, 26 and 27
• Jr. High/High School Routes 56, 57, 69, 86
• District Route 18-89
