JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – One person was critically injured after shots were fired into a Jackson home.

The shooting occurred in the 3300 block of Revels Avenue on Wednesday, September 4.

Detective Tommie Brown said the unidentified victim was taken to the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) by a private vehicle. There is no suspect information.

Brown said the victim is in critical condition.
