RICHLAND, Miss. (WJTV) – At least one person was injured during an apparent road rage shooting in Richland.

Police said the incident occurred just after 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, November 2.

According to investigators, the incident resulted in a single gunshot being fired. The victim was transported to a local hospital, and their condition is unknown.

Richland police said a suspect has been taken into custody and charges are pending based on the results of the investigation.
