COLUMBIA, Miss. (WHLT) – The man wanted for child exploitation and child molestation in Mississippi has been captured in Denver, Colorado.

Columbia police said David Lane Stogner was arrested on November 25, 2024, by Denver police. They said he had been on the run since 2021 after he was indicted for child exploitation and child molestation.

Investigators believe Stogner had been living in Colorado under the alias Jessie Mauldin. He faces burglary charges in the Denver area and will be extradited back to Mississippi.
