FLORA, Miss. (WJTV) – A fire damaged a Flora apartment complex on Thanksgiving.

The fire occurred at the Crestview Apartments on Highway 49 around 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 28.

When Flora firefighters arrived the scene, the fire was showing through the roof of the apartment complex. They received assistance from Madison and Gluckstadt firefighters.

According to firefighters, eight units were a total loss. They said the fire started on the second floor in a storage room. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
