JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are searching for a man who robbed a Dollar General.

The incident occurred at the store in the 4500 block of Terry Road around 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4.

Detective Tommie Brown said the unidentified suspect went into the store, jumped over the counter and held the cashier at gunpoint. He took an undisclosed amount of money.

According to Brown, the man ran out of the store and left the scene in a black Infinity.
