18-wheeler overturns on I-55 in Copiah County

COPIAH COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – An 18-wheeler overturned on Interstate 55 in Copiah County.

The crash occurred on I-55 South near the 75-mile marker during the early morning hours of Thursday, December 12.

According to MHP, the driver was not injured during the crash. Authorities closed one lane while emergency personnel responded to the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
