JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Thousands of people are without power after severe storms moved through Mississippi on Saturday, December 28.

According to PowerOutage.us, more than 93,000 customers are without power across the state.

As of 8:45 p.m. on December 28, Entergy Mississippi reported 44,907 outages, Southern Pine reported 17,811 outages and Southwest Mississippi EPA reported 16,969 outages.
