YAZOO CITY, Miss. (WJTV) – Yazoo City police announced investigators determined that three other people were involved in the shooting death of Willtavious Knox.
According to police, officers and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) determined that three others were involved in the case. They said two suspects, who have not been identified, are in custody. Their charges include capital murder, carjacking, aggravated assault and two counts of kidnapping.
The incident occurred in the 1100 block of Jackson Avenue on December 17, 2024.
Yazoo City police previously announced that Azarion Hatcher was charged with home invasion, robbery, kidnapping, car jacking, and the capital murder of Knox.
Police said they received assistance from the FBI, and Hatcher was arrested with assistance from Jackson police.
