Man found after Yazoo County crash, expected to face charges

UPDATE:

YAZOO COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Yazoo County deputies said they found a man walking on Highway 433 near Odum Road around 6:30 a.m. on Friday, May 23.

Investigators said Keith Booker was identified as the driver of the SUV who fled from the accident on Thursday night. Due to his injuries, Booker was transported to a local hospital.

Deputies said Booker will face several charges pending his release from the facility.

YAZOO COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Yazoo County deputies are searching for a suspect after a crash.

The incident occurred on Highway 433 near Midway Store on Thursday, May 22.

According to the Yazoo County Sheriff’s Office, a Black male crashed at the location and ran into the woods. The vehicle had a Holmes County tag.
