MAGEE, Miss. (WJTV) – Magee police arrested a man who was accused of “touching himself inappropriately” and taking pictures of elementary-aged children at a park.
Magee Police Chief Denis J. Borges said officers responded to a city park on June 3 after they received multiple calls from concerned citizens. The witnesses stated that the man was observed touching himself inappropriately and appeared to be photographing elementary aged children. They said parents confronted the man, and he fled the area in a vehicle.
According to Borges, the suspect’s vehicle was located a short time later on Highway 28 South. The driver was stopped and identified as Randy Martin Riley.
Borges said Riley admitted to taking pictures of children and engaging in inappropriate conduct at the park, but he never touched a child. During a search of Riley’s phone, the police chief said several images of minors were discovered, and all individuals in the photos were clothed.

Riley was transported to the Magee Police Department for processing. Borges said additional charges may be pending further investigation and forensic review of electronic evidence.
