VICKSBURG, Miss. (WJTV) – A 17-year-old was charged in connection to an armed carjacking in Vicksburg.
Police said Rashad Mobley, of Vicksburg, was arrested on Monday, December 6. The carjacking happened on December 1 on Eastover Drive.
Mobley appeared in court on Monday, and his bond was set at $100,000. His case was bound over the the Warren County Grand Jury.
