Woman found dead at Clinton apartment complex

CLINTON, Miss. (WJTV) – Clinton police are investigating a homicide at an apartment complex.

According to officials, police responded to conduct a welfare check at Windsor Village on Woodstone Road on October 13, 2025. Officers located a deceased woman inside an apartment.

Interim Hinds County Coroner Jeramiah Howard said the victim was identified as Delilah Harris, 45. She had been shot multiple times.

According to Clinton police, a person of interest is in custody.
