GEORGE COUNTY, Miss. (WKRG) — A Lucedale man has been sentenced for multiple counts of sexual battery, according to a George County Sheriff’s Office Facebook post.

Lloyd Spicer, 42, was sentenced to 330 years after being convicted of eight counts of sexual battery and six counts of touching a child for lustful purposes.

“I want to thank our investigators for their tireless dedication to this case, the District Attorney’s Office for their hard work in prosecution, and the jury for their service to our community,” Sheriff Mitchell Mixon said. “Most importantly, we recognize the strength and bravery of the victims who came forward. Because of them, this individual will no longer be able to harm another child. Our office remains committed to seeking justice for the most vulnerable among us.”

Multiple victims were involved in the case that originated from a GCSO investigation.

“We continue to pray for each of them, and we are incredibly proud of their strength in standing up and stopping this abuse,” the post said.
