JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a man was shot in the face. The shooting happened on Voorhees Avenue on December 12, 2025. According to police, the victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. They said a suspect was taken into custody. The shooting remains under investigation.
