CANTON, Miss. (WJTV) – Canton police are investigating after they said a female was raped at the Canton Manor Developmental Center.
Police Chief Otha Brown said officers received a call about the incident around 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 13. The chief did not say if the victim was an employee or a resident of the facility.
Police released a surveillance picture of the suspect.
