VICKSBURG, Miss. (WJTV) – A Vicksburg man was stabbed and killed in Louisiana on Tuesday, February 8.
The Vicksburg Post reported Michael Anthony Phelps Jr., 29, was found dead on Queens Court in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Alexandria police arrested Cortavius M. Hickes, 22, for in connection to the homicide.
