CLINTON, Miss. (WJTV) – A Jackson police officer’s wife was arrested after a domestic altercation in Clinton on Tuesday, March 1.
Clinton police said they responded to a call about a domestic-related shooting early in the morning. They said the victim was a Jackson police officer.
The officer’s wife, Willa Russell, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic violence. The victim was taken to the hospital and later released.
