JONES COUNTY, Miss. (WHLT) – On Wednesday, Jones County deputies responded to the scene of a double shooting.
The incident happened on Chippewah Drive off of University Avenue near Laurel. There’s no word on the victim’s conditions at this time.
Investigators said the scene is still active, but there’s no suspected threat to neighbors in the area.
