RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – A pilot is okay after a plane crashed in Brandon on Sunday, July 30.

Rankin County Sheriff Bryan Bailey said the crash happened in the 4000 block of Highway 18 around 5:30 p.m. He said the plane crashed on a private pasture.

According to the sheriff, the plane lost power. The unidentified pilot was okay.
